Accoutancy qulifications and regulation

This text is about  accountancy's beginning and evolution, differences and similarities between accountancy and accounting, about special organisations or bodies, who may certify the accountants. Accounting/accountancy purpose is to create accurate financial reports that are useful to managers, regulators, and other stakeholders such as shareholders, creditors, or owners. User needs an accountancy to  make the informed economic judgments and decisions based on identifying, measuring and communicating economic information.
