Opinion essay about learning foreign languages

Learning foreign languages is very important and it shows that person is well-educated and disciplined. There are some well-known old and classic techniques: to memorize all the words and rules. But, in my opinion, learning languages with those rules will not have the same results as learning it in modern way.
